Rob Lewis starts Radical Imaging as an independent consultancy, building custom imaging tools and workflows on the open-source ClearCanvas framework. Clients find us by word of mouth.

2015OHIF begins
As imaging moves to the web, we start the Open Health Imaging Foundation (OHIF) with Massachusetts General Hospital, funded by a five-year National Cancer Institute grant led by Dr. Gordon Harris. MGH leads project management, UX design and testing; Radical leads system design and software development.

2023Cornerstone3D 1.0
Cornerstone3D, the next-generation Cornerstone library we engineered with funding from MGH and an industry partner, is declared ready for production alongside the official OHIF v3 release.

2024FlexView cleared by the FDA
FlexView Diagnostic, the cloud viewer we built on OHIF, receives FDA 510(k) clearance for diagnostic use.

2025AdvaHealth acquires FlexView
AdvaHealth Solutions acquires FlexView for its cloud-native PACS, where it now runs as AdvaView.
